Staging a home to sell!
Here’s the latest tip from my preferred staging expert, Renee Felts. She serves all of the metro Phoenix Arizona area.
Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Sellers may have a beautiful, updated home, but if it is not white glove clean buyers will not buy. Strongly encourage sellers to have their home professionally cleaned from top to bottom right before they put it on the market. A continued weekly service is also a good idea.
