All About Jay Otlewski
Well, what can I say except that Real Estate is in our blood. We have been in the industry since 1994, beginning in Michigan. As a licensed agent in Michigan, we built our business on referrals, integrity, honesty and treating everyone the way we would want to be treated.
Moving to the Phoenix area nearly 4 years ago, gave us an opportunity to get to know the area, the people and what is important to them. After becoming licensed in AZ, I (Jay) worked in New Home sales for a year. I soon realized that I was better suited to go out and meet people to help find the best home suited to them, rather than try to get them to buy from a limited selection in one community. I have earned my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. I (Lynn) joined Jay in September of 2009, immediately seeing the need to help people with hardships try to work through keeping their homes or selling them as a short sale listing to avoid foreclosure, I worked to get my CDPE (Certified Distressed property Expert) designation. Helping people make good decisions, especially with the most important investment they have ever made, has been my goal since 1994 when I earned my first real estate license in Michigan. That goal still holds true today, so if you need help selling your home, whether as a distressed property, or you have another need to sell your home, please give me a call.
