A: NO_ The recreation centers and pools are exclusive to the active adult side and connot be shared, although the golf course and restaurant are open to the public.

Search technology has changed

As with most technologies, the systems that Real Estate agents have available to them has changed. Gone are the days of the listings books that people used to display their listings. The Interenet has changed this forever and for the better.

Over the last couple of years most agents embraced giving people the ability to search for homes. Generally they would simply connect to whatever listings solution they had for free. Some of us spent the money to increase the simplicity of these search solutions but even that didn’t compare to what’s available today.

Today’s technologies have simplified the user’s interaction. It now allows me to display hyperlinks that direct you right to homes for sale in individual cities, neighborhoods, foreclosures and even homes that allow horses. One of the other benefits of today’s newest technology is the ability to search with mapping. What’s easier then selcting an area on a map and tell it what price range you want…and your results are right there for you?
